These terms apply to all orders placed with Three Kingdoms Olive Oil.
Ordering
Orders are placed through our online form. Submission of an order does not constitute final acceptance until confirmed by us.
Pricing
All prices are stated per 5L container. VAT is applied where applicable based on the type of order and buyer status.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance must be settled before delivery.
Delivery
Delivery is arranged directly following order confirmation and deposit payment. Timing will be agreed with you.
Cancellation & Returns
As this is a food product, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the order has been processed.
Liability
We take care to ensure product quality. Liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

Algemene voorwaarden
Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle bestellingen bij Three Kingdoms Olive Oil.
Bestellen
Bestellingen worden geplaatst via ons online formulier. Een bestelling is pas definitief na bevestiging door ons.
Prijzen
Alle prijzen worden weergegeven per 5L-container. Btw wordt toegepast indien van toepassing.
Betaling
Een aanbetaling van 50% is vereist om uw bestelling te bevestigen. Het resterende bedrag wordt vóór levering voldaan.
Levering
Levering wordt direct na bevestiging en betaling van de aanbetaling geregeld. De timing wordt met u afgestemd.
Annulering en retour
Omdat het een voedingsproduct betreft, is het herroepingsrecht niet van toepassing zodra de bestelling is verwerkt.
Aansprakelijkheid
Wij zorgen voor de kwaliteit van onze producten. Aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot de waarde van de geleverde goederen.
